You retain ownership of any content you create, upload, or submit through the App (such as profile information, avatars, and conversation history). By using the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the App's services.
The App may integrate with third-party services, including AI service providers, to deliver certain features. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Yuro and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. You may also delete your account at any time through the App's settings.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Yuro operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Yuro regarding the use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
